DIRECTIONS TO OUR CLINIC

From Interstate 75  (I-75)

Take Exit 265 for FL-582/Fowler Avenue and head west towards Temple Terrace and the University of South Florida. Continue for approximately 2-3 miles. Our clinic is located at 6275 E Fowler Avenue, between the Hillsborough River and N 56th Street.

From Interstate 275  (I-275)

Take Exit 51 for FL-582/Fowler Avenue and head east. Continue for approximately 4-5 miles, passing the University of South Florida and crossing N 56th Street. Our clinic at 6275 E Fowler Avenue will be just beyond the N 56th Street intersection.

From Our Previous Location at 11401 N 56th Street

Head south on N 56th Street towards E Fowler Avenue. Turn left onto E Fowler Avenue and continue east for approximately half a mile. Our clinic is located at 6275 E Fowler Avenue.
